The new Urban Nomad Console represents well the design focus of FÓLK Reykjavik and its designers. 

The console is designed to last from pure materials; solid FSC certified ash and recycled steel, supporting the circularity of materials, adding to the Urban Nomad collection of multi functional wall shelves. 

In a world of constrained resources and space FÓLK in collaboration with award winning Jón Helgi Hólmgeirsson decided to create a minimalistic yet highly functional collection of products that can be used in a variety of ways. Focusing on generations that are on the move.

The philosophy of FÓLK's Urban Nomad collection is to combine aesthetics and functionality in solid made to last products. The original idea was to create designs made for the modern urban nomads that have to be flexible to move frequently. The products are strong and easy to assemble and mount that make them a good companion for the modern city workers. They are very flexible in use and do fit different rooms, small and large spaces, either one or more together.
