Working with stone and marble since 2018, FÓLK came to acknowledge the large amount of leftover stone left at any of the many stonemakers of the world. Having produced lamps from leftover material in 2020 an idea was born.
To design into the many shapes and sizes of stone cutoffs and leftovers and create a continuous flow to reduce cutoffs and create interesting designs at the same time.
Working together with a supplier in Portugal, the FÓLK team finally succeeded in launching a new product line fully made from leftover stone.
